4. Messaging Compliance & User Obligations (A2P Requirements)

By using GetMe5, you agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including A2P 10DLC requirements.

4.1 Consent Requirement

You must obtain prior express consent from recipients before sending SMS messages.


4.2 Prohibited Contact Lists

You may NOT use:

  • Purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists
  • Scraped or harvested phone numbers

4.3 Opt-Out Compliance

You must:

  • Provide a clear opt-out method in every message
  • Honor opt-out requests immediately

Example: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”


4.4 Sender Identification

All messages must clearly identify:

  • Your business name
  • The purpose of the message

5. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use GetMe5 for:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices
  • Harassment, abuse, or unlawful communication
  • Promoting illegal products or services

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.


6. Messaging Fees & Carrier Disclaimer

  • Message and data rates may apply to recipients
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • GetMe5 is not responsible for carrier filtering or message blocking

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining proper consent records
  • Protecting customer data collected through your use of the service

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activity under your account
  • Maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • Ensuring your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Service interruptions may occur due to:
